... to nonprofit leaders, their organizations, and their donors
You found me!    HAPPY NEW YEAR, FOLKS!

So ... what is it I do?

I coach, consult, and advise nonprofit leaders in our social justice movement.  That means, Executive Directors, CEOs, Development Directors, and your Board Members as well. But I serve other team directors like Program and Finance too.  I give advice, direction, and coach you through the hard stuff, and the possibilities are endless.  I can also help you think through your strategies or projects, work relationships, and more.

Email me, we'll talk, and I can give you a quote!

What is it I do for donors?

I coach and advise donors of all giving levels.  It is almost unimaginable what I might be helping a donor with in their charitable giving.  Sometimes folks are searching for an idea on how to give their money away; or I might be asked to listen to family issues that come with the responsibility of inherited money and the profound calling for charity and compassion.

Sometimes donors want to talk about their feelings after they make a gift.  Especially if you can't see the outcome up close and personal.  I'm pleased to have these conversations with you and/or your family.

Again, email me and I will gladly give you a quote.

Pilar's List
  • This is the year to fall in love, to start a new job, quit the job you didn't like, become the person your cat and dog think you are, or start those singing lessons you always talked about!
  • Women save less than their male counterparts for retirement.  Tuck away 1-10%, or more, every paycheck for that sunny day in your old age.
  • Have one opinion on a political issue each day.  Remember, it's a freedom and a privilege to have that right.  The global community needs each of our strategies for peace.
  • Clean out your closet.  This is the year to get organized, to purge your sock drawer, or your shoe tree.
  • Write a letter to your parents, to your brother, or to that cousin you always had to sit next to at weddings.  Just write a friendly, kind letter.  It's good for the soul.
  • Buy a bag of dog kibble and donate it to your local animal shelter.
  • Make time and a budget for your local food bank.
  • Get your hands dirty!  Plant some flowers where there are none.
  • ... to be cont!
