I coach, consult, and advise nonprofit leaders in our social justice movement. That means, Executive Directors, CEOs, Development Directors, and your Board Members as well. But I serve other team directors like Program and Finance too. I give advice, direction, and coach you through the hard stuff, and the possibilities are endless. I can also help you think through your strategies or projects, work relationships, and more.

What is it I do for donors?
I coach and advise donors of all giving levels. It is almost unimaginable what I might be helping a donor with in their charitable giving. Sometimes folks are searching for an idea on how to give their money away; or I might be asked to listen to family issues that come with the responsibility of inherited money and the profound calling for charity and compassion.
Sometimes donors want to talk about their feelings after they make a gift. Especially if you can't see the outcome up close and personal. I'm pleased to have these conversations with you and/or your family.
